It’s no secret that I think Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak has the best wine list in DC.
So I recently got together with the Bourbon Steak’s head sommelier, Julian Mayor. In the second installment of our three-part series, we discuss the “Secrets of the Sommelier” section of his wine list.

Loved the descriptions and background into each wine; by adding texture to the description it really helped me connect, piquing my interest to actually give these wines a shot.
