  1. As one of their importers, I’m delighted to see Valerie and Philippe Chaume-Arnaud from Vinsobres on the big list in Alice Feiring’s post. Given the low volume of production, though, I wonder if the talk is way out of proportion to its actual impact on winemaking at this point. Among ourselves it’s a great topic of discussion, but I don’t know about its penetration in the drinking public at large.
